Bowied?

I was listening to some Bowie in the car yesterday and the track "Repitition" from the Lodger album reminded me of a cover of the track that was on an album in the 80's but I can't for the life of me remember who did it, anybody know before I tear my hair out?

the only cover of Bowies Repetition I know, from the end of the 80s, is by a group called Au Pairs.
