Just because you were born in '92 doesn't mean you're a 90's kid.

It's not like you could remember the original Simpsons. I am sorry but just a few conscious years of the 90's just wont cut it.

You're a 90's kid if:

You remember watching Doug, Ren & Stimpy, Pinky and the Brain , and Two Stupid Dogs.

AAAAAAAH real monsters.

You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCHE!

You just cant resist finishing this... "Iiiiiiin west philladelphia born and raised..."

You remember TGIF on ABC. Step by Step, Family Matters, Dinosaurs, and Boy Meets World.

You remember when 2Pac and Selena died.

You remember when it was actually worth getting up early
on a Saturday to watch cartoons.

You got super excited when it was Oregon Trail day in computer class at school.

You remember reading "Goosebumps."

You took plastic cartoon lunch boxes to school.

You remember the craze, then the banning of slap bracelets and slam books.

You still get the urge to say "NOT" after (almost) every sentence...Not...

You used to listen to the radio all day long just to record "Your FAVORITE song of ALL time!"

Where in the world is Carmen San Diego? Was both a game and a TV game show.

Captain Planet. He's a Hero.

You knew that Kimberly, the pink ranger, and Tommy, the green Ranger were meant to be together.

You remember when super nintendo's and Sega Genisis became popular.

You always wanted to send in a tape to America's Funniest Home Videos... but never taped anything funny.

You remember watching home alone 1, 2 , and 3........and tried to pull the pranks on "intruders."

You remember watching The Magic School Bus, Wishbone, and Reading Rainbow on PBS.

You remember when Yomega Yo-Yos were cool.

You remember those Where's Waldo books..

You remember when Mortal Kombat was the shiznayte!

You remember eating (And loving) Warheads.

You remember watching the 1st Batman, Aladin, Ninja Turtles, and 3 Ninjas movies.

You remember Ring Pops.

You remember drinkin' Fruitopia and Surge.

You memeber when every thing was "da BOMB"

When they made the new lunchables so that you could make tacos and pizza!!

You remember boom boxes vs. cd players

Writing M.A.S.H. games. (and the twenty different versions of that)

Making those little paper fortune cookie things.. and then predicting your life with them.

You knew all the characters names and their life stories on "Saved By The Bell."

Space Jam was THE movie.

You always wanted to be on Double Dare, or Legends of the hidden temple.

No place was better than the skating rink.

It was cool to be a tomboy AND a girle girl.

The D.A.R.E program rocked, because it was an hour each week out of school time.

Your teachers.... You either loved them or hated them. There was no middle ground.

When it was un-cool to hang around the opposite sex.

When you remember that short amount of time you actually believed cooties were REAL.

When you called your friends on their HOUSE PHONE.

When you had to come in when the street lights came on.

When it was cool to be decked out in junky jewelry that came from the 25 cent plastic ball machines outside of K-Mart.

When there were 2 kinds of people in this world: Those who loved the teletubbies, and those who hated them.

When you ate all the sugar you wanted all day long and the word 'calories' didn't make you bat an eye.

When you saw 13 14 and 15 year olds, you treated them like grown-ups.

When you had to pass out valentines to every kid in your class... Even the one kid who made you step in dog poop.

When every girl wanted a "My Size Barbie"

When everyone wanted to be hit by a radioactive waste truck so they could have powers like Alex Mack

When Cartoon Network was no big deal.

When the Original rugrats were SO MUCH BETTER.

... "Not it!"

When we were younger:

Before the Internet & text messaging...

Before Sidekicks & iPods...

Before MIKE JONES...

Before PlayStation2 or X-BOX...

Before Sponge Bob

Back when you put off the 5 hours of homework you had every night.

When light up sneakers were cool.

When you rented VHS tapes, not DVDs.

When gas was $0.95 a gallon & Caller ID was a new thing.

When we recorded stuff on VCRs .

When we called the radio station to request songs to hear off our walkmans.

When 2Pac and Biggie where alive.

When the Chicago Bulls were the best team ever.

Way back.

when it was all about N64.

When you traded Pokemon cards for a living

Before we realized all this would eventually disappear

I have loads of tapes to prove it, too.

I could fit into those My Size Barbie clothes when I was eleven or twelve, that wasn't right...

What are the "old" dollar bills?

It's Amazing how politics can alter and change our culture so drastically! And unfortunately there are so many lemmings who buy into the propaganda of Politics, business and media...

I graduated High School in the 90's and felt so Free and Open to the world compared to how many people younger than myself are today... I look at College kids today and see how apathetic and lazy they are here in the United States and it is very disappointing. None of them ever speak out anymore or organize like they did back in my day... it's almost bizarre. They think their different just beacuse the dye thier hair, wear a kind of clothes, belong to some click or get a tatoo with no meaning behind it. SAD!!!! Maybe if people had the fear of a draft or didn't have the suburban monotony or sterile support of Mommy and Daddy wiping their backsides then maybe they would be a little more intuned... It's so amazing how here in the US so many people won't talk to thier nieghbor or feel comfortable to have a brief conversation with a stranger.....

We all need to Understand that We are all responsible for Our reality and society. Yet WE can create any reality WE want! We just have to wake up and stop ingesting all the Sh*t "they" keep trying to feed us....

I guess I'm from the age of "shrink-a-dinks" and dreamers
