The Falls by Peter Greenaway
I wouldn't put it in my 'top ten' list, but, this is Greenaway's first film, and the elements that make up his following films are all in here: numbers, paintings, architecture, Tulse Luper, Michael Nyman, and lots more.

Blowup,
Lord of the Rings,
All the Beatles films,
Slaves of New York

Probably a lot of others (as this doesn't seem like many films - and I'm sure I'm always watching stuff ;S)

Le Concert by Radu Mihaileanu. Beautiful. No better word to describe it.
