for me it was having eye surgery and getting most of my vision back!

being able to read again

being able to do photography again

falling in love with stargate atlantis :-)

getting a new macbook :-)

since this year was kinda a draggy/ long/ boring year, but there were a few happy highlights, such as:

Moving into my own place

Getting a small raise

Being part of our college coronation

Paying off my car

Applying for graduation

Releasing a new Birds of Tin cd
Enjoying peaceful Fall mornings watching the pileated woodpecker in my back yard

Getting a new camera and Mac Quad Pro!!

Watching my daughter grow, play guitar, enter HS, continue to get straight As in all her honours courses!!

Falling out of love. Those who know me will know what a brilliant thing this was for me to do (and what a struggle it was!!!)

Still having a job - even tho I work for a financial co!

Kickstarting K2 Video!

Yeah - I guess it's been a good year for me.
