yesterday, Mr. Sakamoto appeared on the radio show and said about YMO, (they split because they didn't get along with each other) that made me laugh.
now you know, they are getting along with each other for 4 years... only 4 years???
whatever gets you through the night

I was checking out offers on an on-line bookstore when I saw this book for children:
Katie Price Mermaids and Pirates: A Sunny Day - A Touch and Feel Book

For those who don't know, Katie Price, aka Jordan, is (was?) a model who tends to leave her clothes in the changing-room. And her breasts keep on growing... Touch and feel indeed!

I passed an optometry office and the sign out front said, "now seeing new patients."

And a mobile home dealership had a sign stating they were having a "moving sale."

I guess that's kind of nerdy... but I love irony. 8)

Theres a wine shop in Cambridge that has this dubious sign outside:

"You don't need to go to re-hab No! No! No! Just come in here!"

Really. It's true.

Blinky: Hey, can you tell me the difference between an american girl and an english girl?
Pinky: Well... Take them to a pub and order a gallon of beer. The american girl will open her eyes wide and say: "Awesome!!!" The english girl will drink it!

I was amused to see a bran flake that looked like Weather Box. It had a lid that opened to reveal several cd shaped bran flakes and fold out info sheet. Of course, I splashed soy milk over it and chewed it up good and proper. Who cares about such whimsy?

There used to be a sign on the way to my sister's house that read, "Road Wet When Raining." I always wondered what brainstain put it there. More tax dollars hard at work. Oh, well.

My friend overheard this in her office today:

"No sir, I don't want you to give me the whole password, I just want the 3rd and 6th letters."

Well, he's just given you the full password, can't you work it out love?
