Duh, I really am out of it -- I forgot all about the blog on his site.
In my own defense, though, I have never had the opportunity to prepare for as big a journey as I will shortly be taking, so apparently all my brain cells have been fixated on that, lol. 
No worries about writing, sweetie, I totally understand and am glad to hear from you whenever! (I myself am abashed to be as far behind on my own mail as I am...)
