Must say that this is really quite a long hiatus for David. Nothing's been posted on Samadhisound site for six months which, looking back, is quite a long gap. And normally that kind of gap has been in the run up to something being released. Even the photos have stopped - they were quite regular for a while. I'm struggling to remember what it was like in the 90s when things were quiet for long periods.

Hope his book emerges soon...

whenever he goes on a long hiatus like this one, I'd say it bodes well - he's usually onto something, which he then unfailingly delivers just so, without warning. I like this.
actively following a favourite artist's activity can soon become a draining, joyless task. I'm happy he spares me that. nothing will give me back the five years of expectation for Dead Bees back in the day.

He was spotted and talked to a fan near Sloane Square a couple of weekends ago and by all accounts was looking good. Not real news but good to hear.

I've been speaking to Chris Bigg recently - he's advised us to keep an eye on the website in the next few weeks as there will be announcements of new stuff including the book which has recently been completed along with some art posters designed by Bigg.

Well if he didn't care Simon he wouldn't keep posting on here, he does care and he waits in hope for something that will revitalize his appetite for all things Sylvian

Sounds exciting!.. I would love to hear something new from DS and the book sounds very interesting

I doubt anything DS does will make Chad happy, unless he steps back in time, which is very unlikely... Simonp is right, he a bore. I hope DS's next release continues in the vein he has been mining, and then maybe we can give Chad a nice goodbye

Hey guys,
Chad made it clear on a separate topic thread that he has decided to refrain from posting here anymore. Even though he was obviously a 'fan' in nearly every sense of the word, he admitted to being a 'troll' when it came to his participation on this forum.
I'm of the opinion that there really isn't any reason to continue dwelling on his caustic contributions any longer.
