scared to meet fans

Postby neonico on Tue Jun 17, 2008 5:01 pm

i read a comment on my space that david was freaking out and didnt want to come down stairs to meet fans there where many people down there.

a close person sayed he was upset and too overwelmed
by the experience.

i think its not nice to spot david he is how he is.

honest.

psychological trauma is not with intention done, we came with a particular package in this world ,that one can cope with , more or less than that we can endure.

I wouldn't be surprised if David did feel that way sometimes. I have met him, but I was clinging on to Debi Zornes (of Bamboo fame) as if my life depended on it, and I am 99% sure he'd already met her and knew that she was sane! Besides, her being there probably meant I didn't make a fool of myself and say "dfjk jfkjdkfjkljfkldjfkdfjkdljflkjlkjfkdjfkfj..."

Are you saying David was having a panic attack? Totally overwhelmed by the number of people wanting to see him before he left the building (wherever it was?) Hmm. Yes. I can see why that would be frightening and overwhelming. But this 'close' person cant be much of a friend if [s]he is telling stories like this to people. Not a very loyal thing to do. There are ways and means of telling fans to back off a little without making David seem like an emotional wreak. I think most of the fans on this forum would and do respect his privacy and would never willingly or intentionally cause him psychological trauma.

The truth is nothing to be frightened of if you are an honest person. Agreed. However, it not so much what is said, but the way it is said that can often affect the manner in which a statement is interpreted.

I can relate to how he feels. I can get very weepy when put into certain situations .... I'm not someone who loves large groups of people or schmoozing. We are all put here with certain things to overcome and/or understand.... most of them not being easy things to figure out.
