Japan mentioned in "Fearless - The Making Of Post-Rock"

Just finished reading the book "Fearless - The Making Of Post-Rock" by Jeanette Leech. The interesting thing about this book is that it stretches out the history of this sub-genre very broad. The influence of bands like Talk Talk on Bark Psychosis for instance. So it's no surprise that somewhere the names of Japan, David Sylvian, Rain Tree Crow and Mick Karn are mentioned. The author used "On The Periphery" by Christopher E. Young (not my favorite Japan-book) as one of her references.
All in all a fine book for those who want to dig a bit deeper into the world of Mogwai, Radiohead and Godspeed You! Black Emperor (to name but a few of the many many acts that formed Post-Rock).
Sadly one of my favorite bands of this style, Tarentel, isn't mentioned though.
