unfortunately i find the nightporter site the most boreing site i have ever seen lots of old fotos that we have already seen and information that we already know sorry folks. also arsked a question on yahoo about the lyrics to praise in hindu they didnt have a clue and therefore didnt answer.

no answer is better than a answer.

I also love the Nightporter site and I've found it a really useful resource. And I've been a member of the Pioneers Yahoo group for about six million years... :wink:

Agreed, I'll hold up my hand in support of Nightporter - a lot of the information is now commonly known - because the Nightporter website put it on the web in the first place!

It's a great piece of work, done with genuine care and affection for the band.

Nightporter was one of the first sites dedicated to Japan and Sylvian and it remains to this day one of the very best places to go to find out new information and research for information which is long forgotten by others. There are always answers to be found there. If it can't be found on Nightporter it probably doesn't exist or is in David's private collection!!!

BTW: I always think if you can't say anything constructive it's best not to say anything at all.

it was not meant to be nasty and i wasnt referring to the content but to the pictures that are only from the japan years. were this site has pictures
of david sylvian now and not just from his past which he doesnt like anyway.
refering to the words from praise i didnt not critise i was very greatful to the person that they spend so much time looking for me, this i also wrote in the reply. they were unfortunately not the ones from the song.
but this has nothing to do with the nightporter forum were i also asked and every day i get 20 irrelevant emails on another subject.

I don't remember seeing your question about the lyrics on the Pioneers Yahoo Group, but I do remember seeing it here.

If you don't like getting a lot of email from them, you can choose a 'daily digest' instead - one email that holds up to 25 topics. That's what I do with the PT Dark Matter group.
