That is so cool!
Not only did you meet Richard, but it sounds like he actually identified you! How neat!!!
He sounds like a very nice person as well. Makes me even that much happier to have been a Japan fan since 1980.

I didn't know anything about Porcupine Tree up until a few months ago, had I even known that Richard was in this band, rest assured I would have been at the Seattle show, earlier this summer.

Haha! Yes I used to worry about that a lot! ... Which is why I posted that very wordy blog on that myspace page a while ago... Hopefully the men of Japan forgive my fatal mistake!
But anyway, he was absolutely wonderful! On stage and off! Hopefully in the future when I have more money I can go to more than just one show.
