Oh, Sheisnot, sorry about the infection and the rash! I do hope you get well soon. :D

I agree with Gods, maybe the anitbiotic is to blame. I'm allergic to a few also, ones with incredibly long and unpronouncable names.

Be quiet, sometimes it seems that life brings all the bad things together, but , fortunately, they always pass.

Nah, it's not the antibiotics--I had the rash before I went on them. The rash popped up when I used some bad sunscreen and the sinus infection showed up a few days later, so it's just been misery upon misery. My face is okay today, though. I think I was just stressing too much yesterday.

BTW, I just got back from seeing the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie and it was awesome. Go see it.
It is all entirely perfect--it is as it should be.

What a nice concept. In addition to temporarily suspending all electronic stuff in your life, what else do you do to resore serenity?

Mmmhmm! I know what you mean! I haven't been to the Y for a while- And today, I'm going to muster up the courage and go- But before I do, I have been working out at home the past few days, pushups, stretching, all that good stuff, and man oh man my muscles hurt like it's goin out of style- But in a good way!!

-K-

PS: I'm happy you got back into your yoga! I have never tried it- But I hear it's great!

i did yoga years ago in college...it always made me feel better. It is going to be a while before it is second nature to me again... but its worth the work to it. I felt so great afterwards!
