looks like Sufjan only managed to get a #10 billboard slot, 2 behind that weak Death Cab record. As someone explained to me, billboard now includes streaming. No way to rig that, right? So the bb top 10 spots will forever be littered with sh*tty hip hop crap. As if the world needs more of that. lol... Still a number 10 is pretty d*mn good all things considered.

I loved the first couple of Kaki King-albums, but stopped listening to her new albums after she began to make louder, less subtle music, starting with the "Mexican Teenagers"-EP. Don't know if she returned to her elektro-acoustic masterpieces like "Until We Felt Red".

It's nice to know Kaki King performs a couple of songs in the movie Into The Wild, just as Michael Brook does. Both both aren't on the soundtrack, which contains Eddie Vedder only.

The White Birch: "The Weight Of Spring", a wonderful come-back from Ola Fløttum, which features the fine voice of Susanna Wallumrød in one song. Here's the first single, "Lantern":

This album is really good. Took a while to grow on me, but now I love it.
