Words of Wisdom...

Postby Fire Rose 45 on Mon Nov 02, 2009 11:57 pm

I tried to make the following my signature but it was too long, so I thought I'd start a new topic where we can post some of our favorite quotes and words of wisdom. What are some of yours?

"People spend a lifetime searching for happiness, looking for peace. They chase idle dreams, addictions, religions, even other people, hoping to fill the emptiness that plagues them. The irony is the only place they ever needed to search was within." -- Romana L. Anderson
"The question that sometimes makes me hazy... am I or the others crazy?" -- Albert Einstein

"This band is perfect - just don't scratch the surface." -- Duran Duran

No two snowflakes are alike, yet every snowflake is a snowflake, and two snowflakes is snow.

Aren't the leaves of a tree prayer flags? Isn't the world a prayer wheel?

[both of these came to me these past few years...]
