Congratulations on the 13lb loss!!! I know you can do it! If you ever need some motivation/tips PM me... I have a lot of great links!

Myself... I want to lose about 35 more lbs by September (I've already lost about 35 since Jan 1st) I want to try my best to tan up this summer (I got pretty far last summer but since then I got so pale!) ... Quit my slave job (If I don't get the promotion I've been promised for the last 4 months) and try to get a better one (I would really want to work at the Hermitage!) ... I'm also going to be going out to Knoxville/Gatlinburg in a few weeks to just chillaxe, hike, and shop. (While Vapor Trail goes to the Opeth concert) That's about it for now... I would really really like to go on a trip, but I'm going to Philly/NYC in the fall, can't wait!

Congrats on the weight gals, that's fantasic!! Kera, I might not recognize you in Gatlinburg! So looking forward to hanging with you guys again!! :D *hugs*

Laura, if you need any help with video editing, just let me know! I can help a bit with the other stuff too if you need it.

This summer - I'll be missing my K like mad as usual while she is with her dad in Seattle, but I already have a good line up of gigs to go to. My goal is to get the recording studio stuff set up and finish a couple lingering video projects.

Maybe do a bit of yard work while the K-ster is away.

:)

I don't live in the Southern Hemisphere but for the most part there is still a chill in the air in Boston except for the few odd New England weather days. I do really wish it was summer vacation though. It will be my summer before my senior year. I'll need to get my license, I'll need to find a college, I'll be turning 18, I just have tons of stuff going on! Well I hope everyone else has a fun productive summer too.

...and thank God it is! Going to see Patrick Wolf in North Carolina June 26. Visiting my Dad in Orlando the week of July 13, and visting with my extended family in Nag's Head, North Carolina the first week of August. Can't wait to be away from work for a while, it's been a stressful year!

Ambassador of the southern hemisphere reporting!

It's getting pretty cold! I just quit my slave job, I guess I have to find another one, hopefully a bit more enjoyable than the last one (I never want to work in fast food again). Meanwhile mid-year exams are looming, time for as much studying as I can muster...

yikes...

Happy summer everyone

That's right! It's winter down there, huh? Does it ever snow?

Glad to hear you quit your slave job! Fast food has always seemed like hard work. I'm working on the same. I work at a grocery store right now, but I'm going to try to be a waitress or hostess at this new French Restaurant opening up down the street.

Have a great winter! (That is so weird to say that! lol)

It doesn't snow where I live. Sometimes, when the weather is being strange, some snow falls in the hills nearby, something like once a decade. I've only seen real snow twice, both times during a trip to France!

Mostly, It's just cold air at night, and warmer and a bit rainy during the day.

The Alps have snow in winter, though, but I think they use artificial snow as well so that they can have ski slopes.

I'm glad I quit the job too, life is a lot more pleasant!
