Can you provide links? I have the Japanese "Sons of Pioneers", curious to see what the other stuff is.

I don't use ebay, would like to see what I'm missing, lol.

there was only an hour to go on the bidding.... so they sold for nearly 80 for the three book set and 27 for the sons of pioneers japanese version.
Dang wish I'd had the money.... they looked like brand new copies too :-(

I was watching the books and I almost bid on the Japanese Sons of Pioneers but came to the conclusion that I did not need to spend any money right now. Though that was a good price. But $80 for the three books is way more than I could've spent now, anyway.

oh i know... the books were sort of a crazy price. I'm sure they will come up for sale again anyway. Perhaps at that time i'll have money too :-)

Agh, I should have gotten the 3 for 80- Because I bought "Japan Photo Story" just by itself- And it was around 60!!

OK what exactly IS 'Japan photo story'? It sounds like the sort of thing we had in mags like 'Jackie' in the 80's with cheesey stories about girlfriends and boyfriends with photos!

well since it is written in japanese i have no idea what its about, but it is full of incredibly HOT photos of Japan.
I have two issues of duran duran's different japannese photo stories and I have one by Japan and they are great for just the photos alone. The actual quality of the paper and printing is great. It is definately worth owning

About it being in Japanese- A friend of mine is translating the book for me. I will type it up when she's done and anyone who wants to know what it says, just tell me!
