Happy early birthday, Mr. Karn!
I would wish it to him on his forum... But one day I woke up, and it was gone without a trace... Was he getting sick of all of the windbaggers on there who would bash his music??? I noticed a lot of that!
Anyhoo... I'll have to wish it to him on Myspace tomorrow! I hope he has a great one!

Yeah, that could have been the reason Kera. Such a shame. Like the old saying goes: "If you cant say something nice - SHUT UP!"
Why would you even bother registering on a forum if you hate the musician/artist in question? It is such a negative waste of time and energy. Also it means people like us, who genuinely like the man and his music - lose out. *Sigh*-

ok i love the movie steel magnolias and one of my favourite lines in that movie is "If you can't say anything nice, come sit by me" Tee hee hee....
But i agree why would you join a forum to bad talk the artist. I do know some negatives that joined duran forums just to be snarky and actually down right evil. Seems a waste of a life.....

Yep Astronaut... I noticed though that a lot of the regulars would often post things like: "Why can't you play bass like you used to?" or "Mick should play like Percy Jones" or "This artist is much better than Mick" or stuff along those lines. I couldn't believe it sometimes! Then there were just the absolute HUGE posts that would sometimes be posted about something that didn't really have to do with Mr. Karn at all...!

LOL yeah... Well, not quite as bad... On Karn forum I swear there were a few posts a couple hundred feet long about 101 uses for salt or something crazy like that LOL
