Does anyone know where I can buy the JP resealable covers?

Postby Lady Arcadia on Fri Dec 28, 2007 3:22 am

Hello ,

Have decided that this holidays I must do something about my vinyl collection. Most are in sleeves, but they have seen better days.

I was reading on the net that the Japanese resealable record sleeves are the best, but haven't been able to locate an online store that sells them... does anyone know of an online place I can buy them from?

Many thanks in advance!

:-D

You can try www.bagsunlimited.com - they specialize in archival supplies. I've ordered from them many times with no problems.

They have resealable LP polypropylene album sleeves - product numbers SPPLP15R and SPPLP1234R.

Many, many thanks Heart of David!!!

I have found archival quality sleeves... I have come to the conclusion that if you have got autographed stuff (from non-Japan artists which I got personally so I know they are the real deal!), I better protect them!

Have placed an order, now just have to wait to hear what the damage for postage will be. (Postage from the US always seems to be high!)

Anyway, thanks again!! Have a great holidays, and start to 2008! :D

Interesting info, because I have many of my 12" with no sleeves of those, so would be a good idea getting some. I checked the postage though and it doesn't say anything about postage for Europe. *wonders*

In their catalogue they state to write, e-mail, or fax them for postage rates on international orders; it should be on their site, but their email address is info@bagsunlimited.com.

Thanks dear! Didn't see that :) Will ask and if postage isn't too high I will probably order them. Gotta take care of the vinyls ;) :D
