Yeah.. I bought a collection a few years back on ebay, and all the videos were in THE WORST condition I had ever seen. I demanded my money back, with a small threat to report him to e bay, but promptly got every penny of it back and a huge apology. He was so "wrong" for selling that, and he knew it.

i've gotten a couple of dvd packages off ebay. In one instance it was a double disc... the one dvd worked fine and the other didn't. I let the seller know ... he sent me a another full copy of both dvds. I had the same problem, but at that point i didn't care. I got the dvds to play finally on my very last dvd player in the house and I gave the extra full copy to a friend (Krausy).

I ordered a live version of one of his shows... it was horrible. And, get this, the seller sent it wrapped in a sheet of paper as its cd cover! thankfully it was only 5 bucks.
