Magazines

Does anyone know of any good places online to buy old Japan/Sylvian magazines, besides eBay? Preferably located in the US, because I can't use PayPal and that's the problem with eBay and me (all the good things are shipped from overseas).

I've been sucked into collectormania lately.

I was going to suggest Ebay then I read you had problems with Paypal...is there a way you can get past the problem with Paypal? If so you may be opening yourself up to new collecting possibilities...

Ebay is my usual port of call when looking for Japan goodies I have to admit....

I'm going to need a credit card to use with PayPal (been trying to avoid having one- it'll be the death of me when combined with eBay and Japan :wink:

). I usually go for sending money orders and cash but that becomes somewhat difficult when the seller wants a currency other than US dollars.

When I originally set up my paypal account I did it linked to a bank account not a credit card - could be an option

I linked it to my debit card, but it made me add my bank account too, in order to "Verify" you.

Honestly, I don't. I have acquired all of mine from ebay and have just been extremely lucky. Seems like alot of the listings for the magazines and clippings are from sellers in Japan.

Aye, me too! But it's worth it, for the lack of hassle...actually, it's almost too easy...you end up buying everything in sight...

But no, definitely worth it on balance..

It didn't occur to me that PayPal works with bank accounts... I'm going to be very poor(er) in the near future. :wink:

I think we all are....

My credit card keeps having to go into rehab to recover from overuse.
