I might have listened to it maybe five times in 15 years, (is it really that long ago?!).

Your version of "Pop Song" doesn't match mine. I wasn't aware there were different versions. The only B sides I know for "Pop Song" are these two: "A Brief Conversation Ending in Divorce" and "Stigma of Childhood."

"I Drink to Forget" was one of the songs on the flipside of the RTC single "Blackwater"; I've never heard of it being the b side to anything else.

@ japanfan - sorry, I don't have a version I can send you either. But the song can also be found on the RTC album, the 2003 reissue version.

Yup, I'm pretty sure that's correct. I think it was also added as a bonus track to a reissue of the RTC album. I know I've got it *somewhere* in my collection, but I've got well over a thousand CD's and none of them are alphabetized!

Thanks, lastgoldstar!

It sounds kinda like an underdeveloped version of "New Moon At Red Deer Wallow". It's interesting and worth a listen, but I don't think it's up to the quality of the rest of the RTC tracks.

It sounds like the boys got bladdered in the studio one night and recorded their exploits.

You are correct. And, for what it's worth, I like the track.
