Don't know if anyone is interested, but Dave Smith (Sequential Circuits's PV's designer) has launched a new version of the PV.

Which is nice.

Oo, I wonder if Richard might nip down to his local Prophet 5 supplier and treat himself? I'm wondering if he does that talking-to-himself-justification that us mere mortals often do... striding towards the shop while thinking, "No, it's NOT my birthday and no, it's NOT Christmas. But it's a Prophet 5, I must have it!" :D

SC is deaded. But Smith lives on. Thus, the new synth bares his name rather than SC.
