...The Tenant, and Despair ??

I know on the sleevenotes of both Obscure Alternatives and Quiet Life, it states Sylvian only doing vocals/guitar and Barbieri, Keyboards/Synths, but wasnt Richard struggling with proficiency up to and including Quiet Life ???
Wondering if it was actually Sylvian who played the actual Piano, as he woulda wrote any demos of those songs on a keyboard anyway.

Any thoughts ?? :-)

I had always assumed it was Sylvian, but I don't really know. Not to take away from the music, but those songs are not particularly difficult to play, even for a beginner. Could have been either of them.

Seriously, though... he was always v. modest about his keyboard techniques but I don't think he would still have been, ahem, struggling by the time of Quiet Life...
