The first Japan song I ever heard was "The Art of Parties," however I'd have to say my all-time favorite is "Gentlemen Take Polaroids." That's the tune I'd be most likely to randomly sing in the shower or car - a perfect balance of instrumentation and great vocals/lyrics. I even considered using that title as my high school yearbook quote! (it was edged out by the equally random 'The World Is Not Enough').
