I was quite surprised to find Mick Karn's name on a Kim Wilde album, he plays bass on the track Try Again on her 1992 album Love Is. But then I remembered that Kim's brother/songwriter/producer Ricky Wilde was credited on some tracks on MK's first solo album in 1982, wasn't he?, so I guess there is some kind of connection. Does anyone know more about these brief collaborations?

There's a little about Ricky Wilde in the section of Mick's book about "Sensitive" - he was one of the producers suggested for the project. Didn't know about Mick's later appearance on Kim's album though. Masami Tsuchiya also wrote for and recorded with Kim and Ricky on the track "Bitter Is Better" which pops up on some of her compilations. It was recorded for a TV commercial.
