I saw PT at Bristol Colston Hall on 10th, it was an amazing show - I just wish that the whole thing hadn't been seated! At least most folk got up for a dance once Steven Wilson told us to get up off our seats :-D

It was such an amazing show for such an amazing album, and I managed to snag a Black Dahlia t-shirt for my 5 year old daughter (I'm attaching a pic of her in it) - it's a bit big for her but she wears it with a belt as a dress over jeans

Aw how cute! :D

That was an amazing gig indeed! I think that us standing had something to do with a chat we had with Wes that morning ;)

Awww, thanks sisterlondon! :D Ahhh, it was down to you was it? :D Mega major thanks from me to you then, 'cos being stuck in my seat I was getting a bit frustrated (it didn't help that I had a rowdy hairy air-punching Russian dude sat half on top of me for most of the show as well  ), I just wanted to get up and rock out a bit!You saved me from getting any further squashed too

Well, not only my deed! I know that a couple of friends from Scotland talked to Wes and told him this. Then we met him in the morning and told him the same. The poor thing was so tired! But being seated in London (except for the encore) was way too painful, so we needed to be standing in Bristol... and we got it! :D

I just came from seeing them in Madrid and Barcelona... just WOW!!!!

I had a chat with Colin Edwin about Mick's book, go figure, LOL! And about Sylvian! And the music after the gig is now Mick's new album! :D

Oh and Rich, thanks for that "slightly different" pic ;) You rock!

okay I'll bite. Why was talking about Mick's book so funny? Can you elaborate?

So what is this, your 7th or 8th show on this tour? :) Very jealous.

Ah well, nothing THAT funny really, just found funny that he told me "you read Mick's book then?" with a winkie when I mentioned I got into PT for being a Japan fan.

Those were 9th and 10th gig. Might be 2 more, LOL! Like Steven said, I need an 11th at least :P

BTW, Trains is now a very funny version of it. Previously pics of Wes from the 80's were posted on the screen (or rather, let's say it was Richard who did ;)). In Manchester he said there are way too many embarrasing pics of himself around, so in Glasgow, the day after, look what he did (and pretended to be embarrased and hid under the keyboards, LOL! )
