Porcupine Tree - The Incident

Postby inkinthewell on Sat Jul 11, 2009 6:42 am

Looks like the release of the new PT album, The Incident, has been anticipated to the 11th of September 2009. (Anticipated? Never heard that word before. And any reference to Manafon is not coincidental.)

Here's an anticipation (that word again!):

I believe the "anticipation" date is Sept 14th! Sound familiar?? Wots that - some sort of competition on Sylvo's part?? LOL

The preorder for the Special Ed is already up for the America. It's $106! So I think I am going to wait for the European deal and if it's too much I'll go for the regular...

BTW, here you have the new promo shots of the band. Richard looks good in those :D

*ugh, made them smaller, but I see them cut, might be the forum layout?*

Yes, our Richard looks good in those doesn't he? (And if I were SW maybe I would have stood in a slightly different pose in the first one - makes him look like he has a bit of a beer belly. Now, how nesh am I not posting THAT on PTF? *runs*)

LMAO on the beer belly! Steven is darn skinny, so might be the light. Total lucky that guy, he looks so young!

Who, Simon, signor Barbieri or instead signor "Loads of girls think I'm hot, but not this fishie" Wilson?

I'll reply just as soon as I've come back from running away from all the SW-lovers...

I completely agree with you - SW does nothing for me either but of course, we both have extremely good taste when it comes to men, quite obviously  :-D

I'm not a huge fan of the tinted glasses either (reminds me of Gary Oldman in Dracula) but I actually think they look rather good in these pictures. Richard has lovely brown eyes and it seems a shame to hide them away but the poor soul could be as blind as a bat without them for all we know .....

Well, as someone who has been short-sighted, or myopic, since the age of ten (and therefore knows rather a lot about all this stuff), it could be that Mr B is suffering from presbyopia which, afaik, is age-related short-sightedness that can only be corrected by glasses and not contact lenses or laser surgery. Richard, I'm so, so sorry...
