When I discovered Japan in 1978 I was also a lover of progressive rock, but at that moment I never thought there would be times the musicians of Japan would be connected with that music style. A few years later we found out that I was wrong: Mick played with Bill Bruford, David Torn and Terry Bozzio, Richard became a member of Porcupine Tree and has musicians like Percy Jones on his solo-albums and David has a long relationship with folks like Robert Fripp.
So it's nice to see this interview with Steve in Prog magazine
