Seriously concerning the opinions shared here, I think you all have good points to consider. I don't think it is necessary for all of us to agree all the way across the board on things. Like has been said, we can agree to disagree and hopefully express our view without worrying about offending anyone.

Yes, you do. You just made a comment about my opinion, because my opinion was that your opinion was wrong. There's nothing wrong with either one of us, we merely disagree about something. I'm not trying to jump up your a*ss, I'm just offering my opinion in this discussion.

To be fair, I should have put a smiley behind that "why are we talking about the divorce" question, because I didn't mean it to be condescending; in retrospect it kinda sounds that way. Sorry.

The difficultly with text is that you can't really indicate inflection or show facial expression. I'm quite dry in my humour and I know it's often been lost in translation.
Alternatively, we could blame the muslims...
