Another great site is http://www.brokensky.net/

If you check under "Late Night Shopping" there are amazing bootlegs or demos available for download.

The site currently has Japan studio demos from 1977, and a terrific boot of David's incredible New York performance, 5 May 2002.

Cheers

Although the official Mick Karn-site has been given a wonderful new design, the forum, which used to be a part of the site, is still running, although there's hardly any activity. Too bad, also because the forum has some of Mick's latest posts. It would be great if the forum would be part of the official site again, including the archive-posts in which Mick wrote posts about his view on improvisation and arrangements.

Somehow there was no mention in previous posts of www.davidsylvian.net, which is run by Gerrit... Probably the best overview of all David`s releases, promo^s, specials etc.

Although I am not one to advertise web-shops I do think tokyomusicjapan.com (run by Ben Blackhurst, if my memory does not fail me) is probably one of the most reputable shops for Japanese releases...

Nice one, although a bit too Excel-like. I rather see what I want to buy/search right away, without clicking on a link. But I guess this way is cheaper. Did you ever buy something from this site? Is it all official/original material?

Yes, I have bought quite a few things off the site - it is all official material. Nowadays most of the promo material is just a regular issue CD with a promo sticker, but I have bought quite a few promo`s there, like the Manafon Jap promo, as well as some of the older material.

Recently bough the promo versions of the Mini LP`s Damage and TFD - which came with 2 badges which I have yet to see offered anywhere else.
