Don't know if this has been posted before; I hadn't seen it yet: JBK live at The Astoria:

I can see the back of my head. It's a shame the full concert never got released/liberated. It was a cracking gig.

It's great to read you (and a couple of people who reacted on the youtube-page) were there. There was a program some years ago called something like the JBK-remaster project, led by Steve Mahoney, from the JBK-Facebook-site. (more info on http://mickkarn.proboards.com/thread/17 ... ollTo=1321 ). But apart from a couple of releases by the musicians themselfs (Lumen for example) I don't think much came of it. Indeed, a shame, especially because I did see a professionel video from one of the tracks from the same concert.

The full concert was professionally filmed but never released due to a falling out between the band and the person who shot the video.

With download of https://jbkmusic.bandcamp.com/album/pla ... ith-people comes Part 1 of JBK performing live at the Astoria 2 in London 12.04.1997. Part 2 is free with https://jbkmusic.bandcamp.com/album/med ... el-sampler on Bandcamp. The picture and sound quality of the video is poor however as it’s free it can be enjoyed as a look back to the event and has not been edited or tampered with in any way.

^^ Got it today! Lovely.
They had to cut the piece in four to get a well sounding double LP, so sometimes you hear a very short beginning of a new track at the end of one side which fades out and fades in at the beginning of the next side.
The cover and LP's have P 2018 on it, so you can tell it's been a long road to get this done.
I just notice that the running order of side B has been corrected to the original running order, so Saday before Lodge.

 I just realized the extra track on the double LP, Life Without Buildings, was already released on the Medium Label Sampler in 1999.
