Yeah, I noticed this album too. His website doesn't function anymore, so it will be hard to order it. Sounds a bit like The Pearl at times (Budd/Eno).

Contacted their label about his solo album, and the Avida Dollars project.

" The Tenderpad album is currently out of stock, but may be available later in the year. However there are no plans to reissue the Avida Dollars album " Start Up and Breakdowns ". At this current time, our priority is releasing the Letters To Thurza album, which is now only a few weeks away ".......

I LOVE Eno/Budd/Lanois's " The Pearl ". It is my favourite ambient album along with Robert Fripp's " Let The Power Fall ". :D

I've ordered my copy. The first 100 copies look to be with a limited edition postcard. Interesting to hear other peoples thoughts on the album, as I think it's an astounding piece of work. The more listens, the better it gets. And kudos to them going up the independent route. I thought Burning Shed would have jumped at this one ?

Getting my " Lumen " and " Kinoapparatom " re-issues too. A busy time for us lovers of fine music.

The clip of my favourite track on the album. Features the amazing talents of Maia Vidal :)

Ah, wonderful news: my postcard is traveling around the world to get all the autographs from the two Pauls and Robby.

Impressive album. More ambient than Code.

Ordered Lumen; I guess you've got a promotional copy, since the LP should be out next month.

That's great. After all......postcards are meant to fly around the world :)

The album is indeed ambient in spots, however some really delicate textured areas, and some intense, angular moments too. I like that the album is a wide sonic picture. I hope the album makes it out to the wider community ? Who knows these days with music / art ?

As for " Lumen ". Sadly I did not contain a promo copy ( I bought a digital download ) and preordered the vinyl. The performances and sound quality are fantastic. A great snapshot ( possibly a polaroid ) from that era !

Happy Record Store Day for tomorrow everyone :)

Listened to the album today again and I noticed thinking of The Blue Nile and Paul Buchanan a couple of times, especially those slow singing-parts.

Indeed, the album has many different moments. There are even some classical-like piece.
