Samadhi quality issues?

Postby Melaszka on Wed Jul 23, 2008 4:08 am

Has anyone ordered CDs online from Samadhi recently? Did everything go all right?

I have avoided doing so since 2003, when my copy of Blemish arrived (a) weeks late and (b) warped (and, to my deep embarrassment, as the album was so experimental anyway, it took me a very long time to realise that the horrid noise it made when the CD got stuck was not supposed to be there, so by the time I realised, it was too late to send it back for a refund and I had to buy another copy!)

Since then, I have always made sure I bought Samadhi releases from an actual shop. owever, since I moved out of london, this will no longer be possible and I'm going to have to order Sylvian's next release online

I understand that there were teething troubles with Samadhi's first release which I'm sure have been long since cleared up, but I just wnted to double check.

I ordered 2 or 3 in my spending spree in May (when I bought 17 CDs on the same day :D ) and didn't have any problems.

I've ordered from them a number of times and never had any problems. Very quick shipping too...

My copy of slope had the inlay sheet missing - they simply sent me a new one a few weeks later - top service.
Nothing wrong with the cd's - pristine when they reach me, and the label has great music...
