Hallo, Sweet Beauties!
Just as 70's devotee... We all know that David did cut his hair, Steve's and Rich's(?) back in the late 70's... But does anyone have the idea about how he did this, what is the scheme for David's haircut for 78-79?

Hmmm, never really heard or read anything explaining the whys and hows of the haircut, but if I run into anything in my books I will let you know.

If you want a similar haircut or want to know how he did it, take a few pics of him with the hair doo you want to recreate to a good local salon.

I'm gonna take a wid guess here and say he used sissors, maybe a comb. But how you'd give yourself a haircut - I couldn't tell ya! I'd have to say very carefully cos he seems to have done a good job of it.

Thank You for the advice, JapanFan:) But, sadly, I have here very poor salons, which are oriented towards only common taste, too much into fashion of today and the hairdressers there can make only most frequently asked for haircuts and have no professional imagination so for about a year, I've cut my hair myself in the way I have on my avatar
..but it's possible to ask on forums for stylists! Thank You!

Yeah, Proggrl! And maybe, he cut his hair at the angle 90 or 45 grad...
and it's way too difficult to get the symmetrical cut or then one should pretend he just wanted the most creative non-symmetrical haircut and likes the way it looks as I did..

I'm wondering why he ever cut it in the first place. And everyone one else did the same. I guess David wouldn't have had that 80's wave, had he kept it long. His hair is so cool in the Adolescent Sex video.

Atleast he didn't look like this.

I don't have exact figures, but I am sure Mike Score is living comfortably, thank you. I do know he loves boats, lives somewhere in central Florida perhaps on the Gulf side, and still plays and tours with a new set of musicians. He and the current guys now have a myspace site that they run themselves----check it out!!

I met him and the original lineup of AFOS back in '04 in New Orleans and get news every so often on what he is doing.

Yes, that hairdo is pretty cool, and fairly easy to duplicate. After all, he experimented with it and the final result was somewhat of an accident that turned out to be a trademark look.
