What does Yuka sing in the middle of SLIMH?

Listening to Still Life in Mobile Homes and such a great track. It may have been asked in the past, but does anybody know what Yuka sings in the middle?
I found an old thread about this and there was a difference in opinion as to whether Yuka did that bit. Possibly sourced tapes.

Hi. Could be wrong, but don't think Yuka is involved. I thought the samples (or tapes as they called them then) were from Ensemble Nipponia - Ogi no mato - which was also famously used in Blade Runner. Have never quite managed to pin down the exact source spot, and it sounds like the original pitch has been altered to fit as well as having some effects applied. I have no idea what the words mean!

Thanks for the Youtube clip. Always cool to hear stuff I've not heard before.
The spot around 2.30 is very familiar.
