Hello, I'm new here... I just thought some of you might like to know that my London club night has a Japan theme this month, so we'll be playing lots more Japan than usual and hopefully having a good selection of Japan videos on the projector!

Admission is FREE and it's next Thursday (November 23rd), so come along if you can. More details are on http://thefanclub.info/pretty.htm and http://myspace.com/duckielovesandie, but the flyer should give you most of the details...

Hope some of you can make it! :D

Oh, how wonderful it must be to live in London!

I really wish I could go... But I am just too far away.

It sounds like a really awesome party, though!

Thanks and welcome,

Excellent... I think Paul at http://www.nightporter.co.uk is planning to put some meeting arrangements on his site for other Japan fans, in case you know any of them...?

Oh, and if you see someone else other than myself DJing down in the basement, it'll be someone from a certain British band who had Top 10 hits around the same time as Japan did (he might not be able to make it, so that isn't confirmed yet)...

:D

Hey now Sean, don't leave us in suspense here----who could that someone be?

You can tell me, since I can't make the party anyway (It's a LONG boat ride across my pond!!)

My only guess would be Nick Rhodes, since I know he used to DJ back at the Rum Runner in Birmingham in the early days, and the time line would be correct.

Nick Rhodes would be very welcome! But it's no-one as famous at that... if they are even able to make it (there's a good chance he can't do it)...

It's going to be fun, though... with or without a guest DJ!
