Bootlegs

From Brilliant Trees through Died In The Wool...

Postby Burnsjed on Wed Jun 13, 2007 7:52 am

In the process of uploading these 1 by 1 on megaupload.

Anyone who is interested in anything specific drop me a pm, not sure how much I will be able to have loaded on there at anytime, but this seems the easiest and most convenient way for all concerned.
Loaded the 1977 demo's last night, and then saw a thread about it, good work by me!

I think it is unlimited...just keep hold of those links once you've uploaded them...I think doing them one by one is your best bet, it might take a while but then when people want specific things then you can hand them the links...

Good idea yet again thank you so so much :D

Well this isn't exactly a fast process!
Only 3 recordings fully uploaded, will keep you updated when it's all done, if ever!
Don't be shy about asking for the links, it's not costing me anything to do this, so just spreading the joy!

The CD's from he same tours usually have the same set list in the same order, just for your info, so unless you just want to colle them, you might just want specific concerts.

On http://burnsjed.multiply.com/music I have most of the recordings uploaded now throught to my first show on the Slowfire Tour, let me know if this works for everyone, I have a fear that you need quick time pro, which apple users might have, to download them.
The tracks are in MPEG4 on the whole and not MP3 (which I belive is of a lower standard) I can concert them into MP3 I believe through itunes (though haven't actually tried this yet).
Good Luck

yes you can convert to mp3 in iTunes... it is easy after you import them into iTunes. You can also set iTunes up to convert everything upon import into mp3...or whatever format you want them in.

I don't think you need quicktime pro to download them... but perhaps you do. I have quicktime pro so i don't recall what regular pre installed quicktime allows you to do. Quicktime pro is not a free program. And each time you upgrade your operating system you have to repurchase it. Yeah I know.....

I can't download them at work unless they are in MP3 format, and asks me if I want to buy quick time pro.
I might add them afterwards, probably do all the shoes then add extra links for windows users.
Hopefully will have the Slow Fire and maybe E&N tour done tonight, time willing

well there you go then... guess it has to be in mp3 format.
are these audio or video you're uploading? Most of the things i purchase off iTunes are mpg4 files and they are locked so can't share them except by burning to seperate cd.

At the moment they are all audio live recordings, haven't even tried the VCD's but might give that a go when I have completed these, oh and gone back and completed the Japan shows, unfortunately they really don't hold much interest to me anymore.

yeah i'm not terribly interested in the japan live shows. I think it is mostly cause the era is so far past and it just isn't the same anymore for me.... I still like the music but somehow i don't need to hear it live anymore.
