Hypergraphia

From Brilliant Trees through Died In The Wool...

Not so sure... surely not. Just tried to order the regular version but it gave the same "not currently available"... And else it is back to the old eBay sharks!

Did anyone spot the "amongst the 2500 regular copies there are 50 signed but unnumbered copies"?

For all us completists... that must be the Holy Grail!

I guess you wrote "a hope in hell" and Apple immediately realised Hell = New Jersey, and auto-corrected it for you! And for most places I have seen in NJ I guess Apple is right!

Well, with exception of Verona, NJ which is one of the sweetest places on earth!

The signed were already sold out when I purchased mine, though I have other signed items so cant say I am really that bothered about it to be honest.

Its nice they're individually numbered actually (the signed edition) and the fact that Chris Bigg has signed them too. Hes been such a major part of Samadhisound since it started and I hope Sylvian continues to work with him whatever the future holds

The speed with which they sold out I found surprising... Makes me wonder if there were some parties who bought a whole batch of copies at once. None of the other releases which had `signed` versions were sold out that quickly. We will see how quickly they surface on eBay.

It is nice that Chris Bigg has also signed them... reminds me of the Glowing Enigma poster which Atsushi Fukui also signed, and the Ingrid Chavez 99 Lives poster she and David signed. Gives that little bit of extra feeling to it!

I bought an unsigned copy directly from David`s website but I also vaguely remember pre-ordering it at Amazon... so I guess I have 2/2500th chance of getting one of the 50 signed but unnumbered copies.

I like to think/hope that Sylvian still has at least 500 die hard fans worldwide who would be willing to pay for the signed copies and they have just been snapped up for someone to make a profit on EBay but you never know. I agree, the joint signature does make it a bit more attractive. I've countless items that Sylvian has signed on his own but the addition of Chris on the book makes it a bit more covetable

That's where I've ordered mine from. I just hope they are able to fulfil all the orders, as this is quite a small run, and that is an amazing price.

I think I'll skip that one, though it may be brilliant :)
