I have it... all except darkest dreaming which appears to be left off the many versions of the concert i've found from different shows around the world on the tour.
Man he did a good number of shows in the USA on that tour. So disappointed I missed that concert.

umm there was no instrumental at the end of the show. Hhhhmmmm I do recall it being included on the Ambush the World DVD, but not on any of the audio recordings I've heard from the shows. Hhhhhmmmm interesting....
