i don't see anything that says celebrity play list.

If you have the newest version of iTunes, go to the iTunes Store it will either be a 'Quick link' at the top right, or scroll to the bottom and under the list "Features" you will see "Celebrity Playlists"

There are loads of them, Sylvian's was ...
