Nothing fancy, really. More like nostalgia.

"Darkest Birds" is the one I was most impressed by, and I really like the lyrics, but I find myself singing "Wonderful World" in a low voice at work, so I voted for WW. Probably it is the melody which does it.

Very much, me thinks, the kind of melody perfectly fit for the Japan reunion concert ...

I am a fan of Imogen Heap and similar to DS, it has been over 2 years since her last CD. I was thinking of her and Sade all the while we are anticipating Manafon's release. Now there is a Sade thread so I won't mention her but I was contrasting in my mind how polar opposite Imogen has been to DS ...

A high water mark for sure, and I'm sure most of us hope for a followup album. I do hope we get some signs from DS that it is a strong possibility.

2 thoughts:

First guess is that the Samadhi website doesn't have a rough date posted because DS hasn't said "put down Sept. as the date", but in some way he as said, "yeah, okay, tell them [the email queries] September". Kinda like on the record, off the record duality.

Second, obviously DS sees ...
