Don't get me wrong, I love Blemish, but it's like my fifth favorite Sylvian album (after The First Day, Secrets Of The Beehive, Snow Borne Sorrow, and Dead Bees On A Cake, in that order.) I have to be in the right mood to hear it.

I'm not a fan of Duran Duran (actually I've never heard one of their albums), but I can recognize that they're talented. It's stupid to compare them to a boy band like N'Stink or The Jonas Brothers, who don't write any of their own music and have no talent other than looks and a shiny image.

I'm getting a bit worried...no percussion?? Well, I hope the songs are good enough that they don't need it. Blemish is a fine album, but it was a bit too eccentric for my tastes. I hope the new album is artistic and yet in the same vein as his classic albums.

I'm too young to have been around when Japan was originally, so I only got into the band a few years ago. Overall, I listen to RTC less than the other 5 studio albums, but I think it's still pure Japan; they took a different approach on this album, but it seems to work. :-)

Normally, I would say Secrets of The Beehive, but I've come to a better appreciation of Dead Bees On A Cake recently. So currently, that's my favorite album.

I've actually only seen Orpheus, so I can't really vote. It's a great video, though - I have it on my ipod.

King Crimson's THRaKaTTaK album. It's 60 mins of completely improvised music; kind of out there, but still pretty good.

I listen to so many different artists, but my absolute fav band(right up there with Japan) is King Crimson. I love all of the solo projects that the band members have done, especially Robert Fripp, John Wetton, and Adrian Belew. 8)

Normally, I would say summer, but already it's been one of the hottest(and most uncomfortable) summers ever. So probably either Spring or Fall; sometime when it's not freezing cold, and it's also not sweltering hot.

I just turned on Robert Fripp's 1993 live album, "A Blessing Of Tears." I bought it recently and haven't listened to it yet - so far, it's incredible.
